Navigate to Sidebar Menu > All Posts to access your complete content library.

Here you'll see your entire post collection displayed in a manageable interface. Both individual posts I've created appear in this view, and you have the flexibility to select specific posts or use the "Select All" checkbox for broader operations. This centralized view becomes invaluable when managing sites with dozens or hundreds of posts.

The filtering capabilities here are particularly powerful for content management at scale. You can narrow your selection by categories—for instance, isolating all posts that remain uncategorized for quick organization. The date filter allows you to target posts from specific months, which proves essential when implementing seasonal content strategies or conducting periodic content audits. These filtering options work in combination, letting you create highly specific post selections for targeted bulk operations.

Once you've identified your target posts, the Bulk Action dropdown becomes your efficiency powerhouse. Select Edit and click apply to modify multiple posts simultaneously. In this example, I'm categorizing both selected posts under "Islands" since they share this common theme. You can also apply tags in bulk during this process, ensuring consistent taxonomy across related content—a critical factor for both SEO performance and user navigation.

After making your selections, simply click update to apply changes across all selected posts instantly. This approach transforms what could be hours of individual post editing into a streamlined few-minute process.

For quick individual adjustments, notice how the "Maui" post shows as Uncategorized.
